Roy Brown is a founder and President of RND Organic Recycling Inc. Roy is known for his passionate interest in the field of environmental sustainability and has decades of management, development and operational experience in the waste recovery industry. 

Mr. Brown was the President and CEO of KnowasteTechnologies Inc, the world leader in recycling absorbent hygiene products. In that capacity he managed its worldwide plant operations and supervised the operation of its licensees.  At Knowaste, Mr. Brown successfully took a unique process for the recovery of sanitary products from a laboratory curiosity to a commercial reality.  This included commissioning and operating Knowaste plants in Netherlands and the UK, as well as setting up licensee-owned plants around the world. 

Mr. Brown’s broad experience includes obtaining venture funding, plant operations, feedstock supply, and marketing recovered materials. Mr. Brown  received a B.Comm degree from the University of Toronto (1976) and holds a CPA Designation.

Dave Bardocz is a founder of RND Organic Recycling Inc. and has over a quarter century of experience in both commercial waste disposal and feedstock supply for anaerobic digesters.  He is well known for his experience in waste logistics. He has commissioned and operated numerous plants in the organic waste field over his career.
 

Mr. Bardocz wasthe president and CEO of Planet Earth Recycling from 1996-2022. Planet Earth operated an organic waste and depackaging facility in Vaughn, Ontario and was sold in January 2022. 

Dave is an acknowledged expert in the preparation and commercial supply of high-quality feedstocks for anaerobic digesters and in 2010 he founded the highly successful Terracedent Ltd., a company specializing in feedstock brokerage to both on farm and commercial A/D facilities across North America.
