Finding the right property and making sure it has the ability to accept and process material is key to any successful AD operation.  RND targets metropolitan areas in the range of plus or minus  five million people making sure we have the inputs necessary for a profitable and sustainable operation.

The development of a location has everything to do with effective engineering, best in class technology, focused and comprehensive permitting, confirmed and contracted input streams, and an efficient operational program.

Long term contracts for both waste inputs as well as renewable and reusable outputs demonstrates levelized profits potential.  These contracts are developed based on long term objectives for the supplier, processor and the purchaser of the products produced. 

Renewable natural gas along with organic fertilizer amendments created out of landfill waste is a win-win for everyone.  This value is not only based on what we create, but also  by what we keep from continually polluting our environment.

Governmental grants and tax incentives create new opportunities for investment.  RND is actively pursuing all governmental and private grants and incentives to implement our various projects.  Our team is focused on using these incentives to drive more profitability from each location as well as bring AD into the mainstream of effective and efficient sustainable processes.
